Service Process
The service follows request, review, research, quotation, approval, payment, then procurement, inspection, and delivery as applicable. The platform is not an instant ready-made product catalogue.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, not misuse portals, magic links, or login accounts, honour the accepted quotation scope and payment terms, and verify delivery details.
Accounts and Authentication
Customers may create a password account with email verification, or continue via Magic Link without an account. Supplier accounts require invitation. Password resets and email verification use expiring secure links. Staff retain WordPress access via the footer Staff Login link.
Pricing
Prices in quotations are valid until the stated expiry unless withdrawn. Availability is not guaranteed until acceptance and procurement confirmation.
Payments
Invoices follow the accepted quotation. Payment is via Stripe or any channel stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause procurement.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed based on request status, whether procurement has started, and supplier terms. They are not automatic in every case.
Cancellation
Requests may be cancelled before quotation acceptance without a purchase obligation. After acceptance/payment, costs or limits may apply depending on fulfilment stage.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Trends for Online Selling and Malik Al Taqa are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from supplier delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability for any claim is limited, where permitted, to amounts paid for the relevant request.
Intellectual Property
Site content, brand, and interfaces belong to the operator or its licensors. Commercial reuse without permission is prohibited. Customers retain ownership of their submitted files and grant us a licence to use them to deliver the service.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
