    We research suitable options from trusted suppliers and compare specifications and availability.

  4. Receive Quotation

    You receive an official quotation (PDF) by email with line items, validity, and notes.

  5. Customer Approval

    Accept, reject, or request a revision via a secure link. No purchase obligation before acceptance.

  6. Payment

    After acceptance, an invoice is issued and secure Stripe checkout is available when enabled.

  7. Procurement

    We raise a purchase order with the selected supplier and track fulfilment against the accepted quote.

  8. Quality Inspection

    We verify conformity before dispatch wherever inspection applies to the solution type.

  9. Delivery

    Shipment is scheduled with a courier and tracking continues until delivery confirmation.
